We are committed to needs based service delivery and planning. We recognise the importance of accountability and responsiveness to local communities.

We aim to:

• Provide people with information, resources and referral assistance they need to make choices about available housing options.

• Advocate for positive changes in perceptions, structures and processes that contribute to homelessness.

• Work collaboratively using the wisdom and experiences of people within NEHS and the wider community.
