HIVE Property Solutions

HIVE Property Solutions provides asset management services on NEHS managed housing. Specifically, HIVE’s services including cleaning, lawns and gardening maintenance, minor maintenance and furniture removals and delivery.

HIVE operates under a ‘community enterprise’ model where people employed are disadvantaged but job ready are provided with opportunities to commence paid employment. Disadvantaged may include people who have been long term unemployed, have a disability or experienced barriers to employment due to discrimination, but are keen and willing to be in the workforce.

Staff are fully trained in the work tasks and correct and safe equipment usage and receives on site supervision and support. Equipment supplied is of the highest standards, aiding in the provision of a professional finish to all jobs.  

NEHS works in partnership with NorthStar Specialist Employment Services who assist with staff for HIVE and ongoing support.
