maybe occasions whenthere is a need to contact another agency
or professional, but this would only occur
with your consent. This ensures that you remain in control of
your personal details and that you decide whom else may access your
infomation.
Our
responsibility to you
To keep
you informed so that you are aware of what your information will be
used for and who will have access to it.
Security
All hard
copy client files are stored in locked filing cabinets. Information
stored on computers will be limited to NEHS workers and is password
protected.
Access
You have
a right to requrest access to your information and ask that it be
updated or corrected as necessary.
Disposal of
records
We are a
DHS funded agency and are required to keep records for 7 years.
After this time, if the information is no longer required we must
dspose of information in a secure manner.
Please

about what happens to your information while you are a client of
the North East Housing Service. Further information can
